آسیہ کے خلاف عدالتی فیصلہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

اج ملک بھر میں مذہبی جماعتیں بھرپور اعتہجاج کر رہی ہیں۔ یہ تمام تر واقعہ کی اصل وجہ اج بدھ کے روز اسیہ بی  بی کے خلاف عدالت عظمعی کا فیصلہ ہے جس میں انھوں نے توہین رسالت کی ملزم کی سزاہ موت کو کالعدم قرار دیا۔ یہ معاملہ ۲۰۰۹ سے شروع ہے جس میں بین القوامیی ذراع بھی بھرپور حصہ لے رہی ہیں۔ جس کا اندازہ عدالت عظمی میں موجودہ صحافیوں سے لگایا جا سکتا ہے۔

سپریم کورٹ کی طرف سے پیش کی گی رپورٹ میں کہا گیا ہےملزم کے خلاف ثبوت ناکافی ہیں اور گواوں کے بیانات میں 

تضاد موجود ہے جو کے شک کے زمرے میں آتا ہے۔ مزید کہا گیا ہے کے کھیت کے مالک جہاں آسیہ کام کرتی تھی اس نے بتایا کے اس کیس کی چشمدید گواوں میں شامل خواتین کا آسیہ سے پانی نہ دینے کا جھگڑا تھا جس پر وہ گواہ بنیں اور توہین رسالت کا کوی معاملہ نہیں ہے۔

پہلے تو دیکھا جاے کے ہمارے ہی ملک عدالتوں سیشن اور ٹراہل کورٹ نے ثبوتوں کے ساتھ فیصلہ دیا اور آسیہ بی بی کو سزا موت کا مستحق قرار دے دیا۔

تو کیا ہم اس بات کو مانے کے ہمارا عدالتی نظام ناہل ہے۔ عدالتیں ہی عدالتوں کے فیصلوں کو کالعدم قرار دیتی ہے گی؟

اور کیا ہمیں اس بات پر بھی ایمان لے آنا چایے کے بغیر ثبوت کے بھی پھانسی مل سکتی ہے؟

اور کیا پیغام جاے گا بیرون ملک مخالف اسلام کے ہاں کے ملک کی سب سے بڑی عدالت نے عاشق رسول کی گستاخ کو باعزت بھری کر دیا؟

حکمران جوکے مدینے کی ریاست کو لانا چاہتے ہیں آب اس کے بعد کو مانے گا کے کیا حکمران واقعی اس کے قاہل ہیں یہ دوقعہ میں رکھا ہوا ہے؟

اور یہ درنے ملک کے معاشی بحران کو مزید کس حد تک بڑھا دیں گے؟

pak vs Australia who will win?

ABU DHABI: Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed is confident his team can defend their world number one ranking in a stern challenge from Australia in a three-match Twenty20 series starting in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday.

Sarfraz led Pakistan to a tri-series triumph by beating Australia in the final at Harare in July this year and needs to win at least one match to remain at the top of the rankings.

Pakistan will be without senior batsman Shoaib Malik who was with his tennis star wife Sania Mirza in India for the birth of their first child.

"Malik will join the team on Wednesday but will not be part of the eleven, so we are ready for Australia who are a very strong Twenty20 side," said Sarfraz.

Australia, who beat Pakistan in the group match of the tri-series, need to win 3-0 if they want to jump from their current third position to the top.

Since Sarfraz took over captaincy, Pakistan have won 23 of the 27 matches they have played -- a momentum the skipper wants to maintain.

"We know that Australia have good bowlers like Mitchell Starc, Billy Stanlake and hitters in Chris Lynn and D´Arcy Short so we have to be at our best to beat them," said Sarfraz.

Stanlake took 4-8 in a lively spell in Australia´s victory in the tri-series group game.

Australia will also have some fresh players after losing the two-match Test series 1-0 last week, also played in United Arab Emirates.

Their Twenty20 skipper Aaron Finch said his team was motivated enough to win the series.

"Pakistan played very well against us in July," said Finch. "We got the better off them in the first game but they battled back in the last two. They are world number one at the moment and they are world number one for a reason."

"They played some great cricket in the last two years in this format so I think it will be a great contest."

Finch played down the bounty of getting to the top of the rankings in case they win all the matches.

"I think any time you play anyone in a different country it´s massively important and everyone wants to win," said Finch, who has won eight of the 16 matches, losing the other eight since in charge for four years.

"If number one rankings are on the line or anyone down the list, each game is important. Everyone wants to win. I don´t think they need any motivation than that and we don´t need it."

#meeto is wrong concept

the campaign for #meeto(harassment) is growing in a very fast rate at India but actually it was started from the western areas and than India as i inform you that according to the headlines and articles India is more harassed victimize country. many actors and actresses claimed on many celebrities that he or she harnessed me in different way. whose result they lost their images and their following rate across the globe decrees. officially #meeto campaign in is not launch yet but its result are on public like the case of misha shafi and Ali zaffar, junaid who is popular on social media vibes as well as helper like adi foundation president is also suffering from this allegation. but the question is that is it right to do claim that he or she harnessed me? how many possibility that that news may be correct or totally wrong? is it good that to demolish the image that he build in society by claiming of harassment? all these question may open your mind that on what extent it affect the individuals or society.

first of all i inform you that harassment is not a single word it is the combination of many terms and conditions that follow this statements.

1. harassment through social media:    Continuously calling, texting and contacting someone when they don’t want it, creating profiles as a person, creating upsetting memes or pages to bully, spreading rumors, sharing photographs without the consent of the person in them, filming or taking photos of a person without consent, stalking etc.

1. Harassment in the street -       Having someone follow you, make threats against you, call out to you, try to talk to you in the street when you don’t want them to, generally injecting themselves into your day without invitation and continuing to do so without a thought for your comfort etc

1. Harassment at work - Continuous comments about an employee that are negative or upsetting, jokes made at the expense of a colleague, humiliating or excessive tasks that are not part of your reasonable workload, bullying, threats of a loss of job for no concrete reason, violating dignity, creating a hostile work environment, bisexual comments at work, suggestions of sexual favors in return for work perks etc.

1. Sexual harassment - This can be anything from verbal comments, to threats, unwanted touching, unwelcome gestures, asking someone for sex or making sexual comments about their body or the harassers body, grabbing your body or the harassers body in a sexual manner to provoke a reaction. Making someone feel uncomfortable or threatened in a sexual nature etc.

1. Neighbor harassment and intimidation - Threats to your person or your house, malicious letters, vandalism to your home, throwing litter or other items into your garden, allowing animals to defecate on your property boundary, verbal abuse, stalking, unauthorized surveillance of your person or property with the view to intimidation etc.There are many other types of harassment both within the types I have mentioned, and many other forms. Unwanted contact and actions towards a person with the view to making them uncomfortable (directly or indirectly) is generally considered harassment and is punishable by law.

Create New accounts, limited trusted connections. Never give Google or any social platform your contact information, especially your phone number.Once you've dove into the pool that is the internet, its hard to try off. If you were to Google my name you could find out everything about me, just how it is based on the industry I work in. Someone actually got my phone number, sent me a photo of my house from Google maps  with some kind words "I'm watching you"..it was a special day. basically all these may affect someone individually or collectively like if someone claimed that he or she harnessed me just like the case in Pakistan "girl jump out of the car while car was on speed". she claimed that driver harnessed me and he was watching me from the mirror and moved on the wrong direction of road. while driver submit that he done nothing this is totally the case of achieving fame. i am innocent and how i can harassed her while in driving sit and she is on the back?may be driver is right or might be girl but their status in the society become done due to this news no one can accept that person in the society and always look with victim eyes.#always report those issues which you have some prof or evidence.x
